Yeah, it's possible. Also, if you can't manage to find them at a shop maybe there's another site that has a payment method that suits you. Otherwise, jump a few borders and I'm sure you'll find a bookshop somewhere 
Maybe Julien can point you in the right direction?

Check bookstore =) Or come to Belgium, it's not that far. I know a shop in Brussels where you can find them (don't remember the street name). (I don't live in Brussels yet, i'll move there in September ^^)
