Before we get into any form of a transaction, please read and agree/understand my policies first.

1. I am NOT a professional web designer. I do it as a hobby, and therefore, I only have the basic html and graphic editing concepts. The whole point of imLinked designs project is so I can further my skills in web designing while at the same time making some spare cash. Therefore, I can not make any gaurantee's that you will be satisfied with what you get. It's basically... what you see is what you get. I do not want to be pressured and haggard about not coming up to your expectations. If you really wish for a professional, then pay the professional price to a professional designer.

2. My policy is that you pay first. I do not start working on your website design until I see the money. This is because it is really easy for anyone to steal the layout after it being completed, and not paying. Money should be sent by cash, and in exact change. I do not want to deal with checks or what not, because as soon as I get the money, I want to be able to use it.

3. I am not obliged to finish within the date we agreed. However, I WILL try my best to do so, and will make you the layout within that week. If for some reason I accepted an offer, but was not able to do it after being paid, I will refund your money in full.

4. Once again, I would like to REMIND you that you get what you see. All specifications to the layout must be given to me before we come to an agreement. If at the end when I give you the layout, and you're displeased, I can not do anything about it except for few minor changes. I will not go through the entire extra hours just remaking the entire layout again.
